– BRM affiliated member contract;

– copy of the license issued by ANRE for production / distribution / supply / trading / aggregation activity;

– power of attorney for representing the bidder at the electronic sessions organized by BRM;

– company registration certificate showing the Unique Tax Registration Code (C.U.I.);

– ascertaining certificate with the order number from the trade register “J”, issued by the National Office of the Trade Register.

• Participants registered on the Electricity Markets who wish to carry out buy-sell transactions, including on the Natural Gas Markets administered by BRM, have the following simplified registration documents available:
• Addendum to an existing Collaboration Agreement (BRM Affiliated Member) – valid for participants registered on the Electricity Markets who wish to acquire the right to participate in the Natural Gas Markets – Addendum_Unified-Participation-Agreement (RO) | EN: Addendum_Unified-Participation-Agreement (EN)
• Addendum to an existing SGB – valid for Originators who have already concluded a Collaboration Agreement (BRM Affiliated Member) on the BRM Electricity Markets and who, by signing this addendum, have the possibility to voluntarily participate in any regulated or unregulated market administered by BRM – Addendum_SGB_(RO) | EN: Addendum_SGB_(EN)
• Template – Power of Attorney for Natural Gas Markets – persons authorized to represent the bidder at the electronic sessions organized by BRM on the Natural Gas Markets will be designated – Template-Unified Power of Attorney-Natural Gas Markets (RO) | EN: Template-Unified Power of Attorney-Natural Gas Markets (EN)
