• affiliated member contract of BRM;
• copy of license issued by ANRE for production / supply activity;
• declaration on own responsibility stating that you are an electricity supplier with end customers in your portfolio
• power of attorney for representing the bidder at electronic sessions organized by BRM;
• company registration certificate showing the Tax Registration Code (C.U.I.);
• certificate of ascertainment with the order number from the trade register “J”, issued by the National Trade Register Office.
