DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION ON THE ELECTRICITY MARKET – PMC

(large final customers)

To register on the wholesale Electricity Market as a LARGE FINAL CUSTOMER (large consumer), you must proceed as follows:

• Send us the Company Status Certificate, with the registration number in the Trade Register: “J”, issued by the National Trade Register Office.
• Send us the company Registration Certificate showing the Unique Tax Registration Code (CUI).
• Sign the Affiliate Member Agreement.
• Send us a statement on your own responsibility stating that you will have consumption greater than 70,000 MWh/year.
• POWER OF ATTORNEY for representing the bidder at the electronic sessions organized by BRM (copies of the identity documents of the nominated persons shall be attached.)

To register on the wholesale Electricity Market as a CUSTOMER AGGREGATION (large consumer), you must proceed as follows:

• Send us the Company Status Certificate, with the registration number in the Trade Register: “J”, issued by the National Trade Register Office.
• Send us the company Registration Certificate showing the Unique Tax Registration Code (CUI).
• Sign the Affiliate Member Agreement.
• Send us a statement on your own responsibility stating that you will have consumption greater than 70,000 MWh/year.

To register on the wholesale Electricity Market as a PRODUCER, you must proceed as follows:

• Send us the Company Status Certificate, with the registration number in the Trade Register: “J”, issued by the National Trade Register Office.
• Send us the company Registration Certificate showing the Unique Tax Registration Code (CUI).
• Sign the Affiliate Member Agreement.
• Send us the Production/Supply licence.
• POWER OF ATTORNEY for representing the bidder at the electronic sessions organized by BRM (copies of the identity documents of the nominated persons shall be attached.)
