Please be advised that, for the time being, the process of issuing the trading procedure for guarantees of origin has been suspended, pending clarification of the relevant legislative aspects, following a request received from ANRE. We clarify that ANRE has stated that “according to current legislation, BRM is not entitled to organize a specific market for trading GO.” Given the aforementioned, we consider that the BRM Procedure for trading GO does not comply with current legislative provisions.
