Day-Ahead Electricity Market in compliance with the price coupling mechanism of the markets

As of the launch of Core FB MC on 08/06, data, including flow-based pre-coupling and post-coupling operational information for Core internal borders, including RO-HU, are available via the JAO Publication Tool: https://publicationtool.jao.eu/core/.
Pre-coupling and post-coupling operational information for RO-BG remains available on the BRM website; however, it can also be consulted in the JAO Publication Tool.

Documents required for registration on the Day-Ahead Electricity Market in compliance with the price coupling mechanism of the markets

Company identification documents:

• Company status certificate with the order number in the Trade Register: “J”, issued by the National Trade Register Office
• Company registration certificate – Unique Tax Registration Code (CUI)
• VAT registration certificate
• Declaration regarding the company’s ultimate beneficial owner
• Form 089 and the confirmation receipt from ANAF, valid for 2024 for electricity.

Licensing documents:

• A copy of the A.N.R.E. licence for the activity

of electricity production/supply/trading/distribution/aggregation, a copy of the licence granting decision, and a copy of the conditions associated with the licence

• A copy of the balancing responsibility assumption agreement concluded with C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica or with another BRP

Registration documents for the relationship with the Romanian Commodities Exchange:

• The participation agreement for the energy markets administered by BRM, together with Annex no. 1, where the markets for which registration is carried out and the REMIT services are selected
• Unified power of attorney for representing the participant at the electronic sessions organised by BRM
• Power of attorney for representing the participant at the electronic sessions organised by BRM (REMIT) – Trading data
• Power of attorney for representing the participant at the electronic sessions organised by BRM (REMIT) regarding data reporting – BILATERAL CONTRACTS.
