ORGANIZED TRADING FACILITY (OTF) ADMINISTERED BY THE ROMANIAN COMMODITIES EXCHANGE

The Organized Trading Facility administered by the Romanian Commodities Exchange operates under ASF Authorization No. 814/24.06.2021 and is registered in the SIIF Public Register as an AUTHORIZED ENTITY, at position 20, under number PJR13SOT/400028.

Below, you may download the Technical Clarifications regarding the operation of the OTF administered by BRM.

1. Technical clarification no. 1_on the method for determining price ticks and the price ticks established for each financial instrument within BRM-OTF

Trading hours: 10:00–15:00
BRM-OTF does not trade on Saturdays and Sundays. BRM-OTF also does not trade on the following days: 30 November, 1 December, 25 December, 26 December.

BRM-OTF applies the following admission/maintenance and trading fees:

1. Trading fee = 0.075 lei/emission certificate
2. Admission fee = 0 lei
3. Maintenance fee = 1500 lei/year
