DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION ON THE ELECTRICITY MARKET – INTRADAY

In order to register on the Intraday Electricity Market in compliance with the price coupling mechanism, you must send copies of:

  • The company status certificate with the registration number in the Trade Register: “J”, issued by the National Trade Register Office
  • The company registration certificate showing the Unique Fiscal Registration Code (CUI)
  • The A.N.R.E. licence for the activity of electricity production/supply/trading/distribution/aggregation, together with the licence granting decision and a copy of the conditions associated with the licence
  • The balancing responsibility undertaking agreement (PRE) concluded with C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica, or the document transferring balancing responsibility to another PRE.
  • The VAT registration certificate
  • Form 089 and the confirmation receipt from ANAF, valid for 2024 for electricity, if applicable.

 

Sign the Participation Agreement for the energy markets administered by BRM, together with Annex No. 1, where you must tick the market you wish to register for, and sign them.
POWER OF ATTORNEY for representing the bidder at the electronic sessions organized by BRM (copies of the identity documents of the nominated persons shall be attached.)
