Management

The Romanian Commodities exchange operates similarly to renowned Commodity exchanges worldwide and benefits from a functional hierarchical system which allows for a sound decisional and operational process.

The shareholder gathering is the main decisional entity where the administering of the organisation is realised by the Board of directors.

The president of the board is the CEO of RCE. Operational competencies are conducted by the Board of executive directors.

The main competencies of the Board of directors are:

  • Establishing general policies;
  • Establishing income and expenditure budgets;
  • Operational rule approval of RCE.
