Quotations from the Petroleum Products Ring, on the Spot Market administered by BRM, are established by the Quotation Committee every Friday, following the trading sessions concluded with adjudication, conducted in the week prior to their publication. The weekly reference interval includes Friday of the previous week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the current week.<\/p>\n

Quotations are calculated and are valid only for transactions executed, respectively contracts concluded on the markets of the Romanian Commodities Exchange, under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • price in lei per ton, excluding excise duties and VAT;<\/li>\n
  • delivery franco beneficiary in the center of the country;<\/li>\n
  • maximum payment term of 30 days from delivery;<\/li>\n
  • the transactions used involve significant quantities (approx. 500 tons);<\/li>\n
  • transaction security;<\/li>\n
  • for larger quantities, following auctions on BRM, discounts may result.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
