The Organized Trading Facility administered by the Romanian Commodities Exchange<\/strong> operates under ASF Authorization No. 814\/24.06.2021 and is registered in the SIIF Public Register<\/a><\/strong> as an AUTHORIZED ENTITY, at position 20, under number PJR13SOT\/400028.<\/p>\n

\nBelow, you may download the Technical Clarifications regarding the operation of the OTF administered by BRM.<\/p>\n

  1. Technical clarification no. 1_on the method for determining price ticks and the price ticks established for each financial instrument within BRM-OTF<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Technical clarification no. 2_on the suspension of the trading session and\/or financial instruments within BRM-OTF<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Technical clarification no. 3_on the method for determining the reference price for each financial instrument, setting the variation limits and extended variation within <\/a>BRM-OTF<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Technical clarification no. 4_on the settlement deadline for transactions in financial instruments and the post-trade procedure within <\/a>RM-OTF <\/a> <\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Technical clarification no. 5_on whitelist operation and the application of discretion within <\/a>BRM-OTF<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n

    Trading hours: 10:00\u201315:00
    \nBRM-OTF<\/strong> does not trade on Saturdays and Sundays. BRM-OTF also does not trade on the following days: 30<\/strong> November, 1<\/strong> December, 25<\/strong> December, 26<\/strong> December. <\/p>\n

    BRM-OTF<\/strong> applies the following admission\/maintenance and trading fees:<\/p>\n

    1. Trading fee = 0.075<\/strong> lei\/emission certificate<\/li>\n
    2. Admission fee = 0<\/strong> lei<\/li>\n
    3. Maintenance fee = 1500<\/strong> lei\/year<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
